The assessors page has this property as having 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, but it really depends what the buyer would like to do with the loft. The property is being sold with the lot next to it. There is no water, sewer or electricity to the property. It does back up to BLM land so it is protected and cannot be built on. This area is absolutely beautiful and is about a mile from Eleven Mile Reservoir. Fishing, hiking and peace and quiet right in your backyard. The stairs going up to the loft do not have a railing please be cautious and go up at your own risk.
